Service Protocol: Core Exchange Requirement

This offering is a performance build service requiring the customer to send their existing transmission (core) to our facility. This purchase does not include a pre-built transmission core.

Optional Core Purchase: For clients requiring minimal vehicle downtime, a pre-built GSS core is available for purchase at an additional cost. Please inquire for availability.

Streamlined Logistics & Shipping

Upon completing your online order, please arrange for the removal of your transmission. The unit must be securely fastened to a pallet and prepared for collection. GSS Garage will coordinate and manage all necessary FedEx Freight logistics for pickup at your location and safe delivery to our build facility. The completed unit will be returned via the same secure freight service.

Turnaround: Our standard service time is approximately two to three weeks, inclusive of transit time. This timeline is an estimate and may fluctuate based on current demand and shop workload.
